Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products.

  • Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance periods may not be eligible for return or refund unless damaged.

 

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding refund approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Payment Refunds

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout through our payment partner, Cashfree Payments.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds may be processed through bank transfer or store credit after verification.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Customized orders cannot be canceled once production or customization has started.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Customers may contact us for size or product exchange requests within 48 hours of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us immediately with order details and proof images for quick resolution.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from Rama Collections.

Fraud Prevention

  • Rama Collections reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected misuse, fraudulent claims, or policy violations.
